Anti-Infringement Statement

Prudence Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudence Financial Group (collectively referred to as “Prudence”). It has come to our attention that a certain mobile application is illegally using the name of “Prudence Institution (方圆机构)” to initiate commercial activities, impersonating to be Prudence in order to attract investors. This has already caused public concern and confusion. In response, Prudence solemnly declares the following:

Prudence, along with its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, has never developed any investment-related software or mobile applications. Prudence is not associated in any way with the application claiming to represent “Prudence Institution (方圆机构)”. Prudence will not send electronic communications (such as emails or SMS messages) with embedded hyperlinks that direct clients or the public to any websites or mobile applications to undertake transactions or to provide sensitive personal information, including login credentials.

The trademark of Prudence Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited has been officially registered with the Trademark Office of China National Intellectual Property of Administration and the Intellectual Property Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Its legal rights are protected under the relevant laws of both Mainland China and Hong Kong, and any infringement will not be tolerated. In light of the serious infringement of our trademark, goodwill, and interests associated with the name “Prudence Institution (方圆机构)”, Prudence has actively pursued various legal actions to protect its reputation and legal rights.

We hereby remind the public to remain vigilant and cautious to avoid falling victim to scams that may result in unnecessary financial losses. If anyone has suffered losses from counterfeiting scams, please collect and preserve relevant evidence and report the incident to the police promptly to protect your legal rights.

Complaints from clients concerning Prudence or Prudence Funds should be directed to ir@prudenceinv.com (for Prudence Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited) or fycapital@prudenceinv.com (for Fangyuan Capital (Hong Kong) Limited). Prudence will handle or channel to the relevant party any complaints from clients and will revert to the clients accordingly. An acknowledgement and a final response of the complaint shall be issued by Prudence within 7 days and 28 days of the day of receipt respectively. The Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC) is a dispute resolution institution in Singapore.
