Prudence will handle or channel to the relevant party any complaints from clients and will revert to the clients accordingly. An acknowledgement and a final response of the complaint shall be issued by Prudence within 7 days and 28 days of the day of receipt respectively. The Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC) is a dispute resolution institution in Singapore.
